Our recruitment agency is currently supporting a leading home‑care provider in London who is seeking dedicated Live‑In Care Assistants to join their team. Please note: We do not offer sponsorship, and applicants must be able to attend paid training in (W4) from 10am–4pm on the specified dates.

About the Role

As a Live‑In Care Assistant, you will provide ongoing, person‑centred support to clients who wish to remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting clients with daily routines and independent living
• Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable home environment
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Delivering continuity of care and building long‑term relationships

This role requires you to live in the client’s home during your shift pattern, offering consistent support throughout the week.

What We’re Looking For

Due to client preferences, we are seeking mature, experienced and flexible candidates with a background in care. You must also:

• Live in London or nearby
• Have at least 1 year of care experience
• Have 2 years of UK work experience
• Be available for paid training in (W4)
• Be able to start immediately
• Be committed, compassionate and reliable
